My advice to
wenger, he should simply resign at the end of the season, either quietly or openly, because I don't see us competing in anything next season having him and Stan still
working together,
with the very low mentality in the club, listen to
wenger's press conferences, he seems to have one excuse after each poor game, yet he can't correct it there on the field of play before the game ends, I have never heard the
players saying he shouted at them or he was angry
with their first half performance, he doesn't have a winning mentality.
Mr
wenger it is not a must for your favorite unfit tired
players to play the match Mr
wenger there is something called a tactical change and that is when you replace
players or change tactics early when things ai nt
working right, welbeck chamberlain where poor for the duration the played alexis was also poor Pls switch debuchy and Chambers the both played well bt were not effective, deubuchy
with his pace and energy would have ran the right channel better Lastly mr
wenger have faith in your
players and play them you signed them
Wenger made the comment about keeping Gazidis on a leash and people assumed it meant not spending as much, for me it is to stop him from buying trash and clogging up the team
with players not good enough for AFC, that leash
worked well this year as we didn't panic buy a Perez.
Although you could argue that the all round effort and form of the
players has also improved in that time, since Arsenal came good
with six wins out of seven following the terrible trip to Crystal Palace, you have to think that the new formation has
worked and wonder what might have been had
Wenger switched to it earlier in the season.
If we start this season
with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and
Wenger are gone... neither one of these
players should still be
with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young
players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a team
with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a team who plays
players out of position so often... of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never
work for a team of any consequence ever again
If
Wenger can
work with him on that, we'd have a very crafty
player on our hands.
that is the only way
wenger will progress in the c / l and league title if not we do need a manager who can do all of those things and a manager that will keep the team motivated from the sidelines, not that i am saying that he should definitely come in but just watch how jurgen klopp interacts
with his
players all the time and how animated he is from the sideline he motivates his
players, (this is what we need sometimes being excellent technically is enough alone) and he is changing games plans form the dugout if something ai nt
working unfortunately football is a young managers game now.
According to the reliable Jeremy Wilson of the Daily Telegraph, the Gunners boss Arsene
Wenger is simultaneously

with the continuity we have at Arsenal, the fact that every
player is a
Wenger signing, and he's
worked with them for years, one could argue, that
Wenger has the slight advantage again.

i think
wenger makes the list of
players he wants and then sends his negotiating team to sort out the transfer i.e gazidis and dicky law (who is very good as he is multi lingual and has many contacts around south america / spain very handy) to sort out the finer details (get a cheaper deal) of the deal, and broker terms and then it gets presented to the board (who give
wenger and gazidis the budget to which they
work with) for final approval.

I'm really getting upset by all so called experts saying sanchez is the soul of arsenal what utter garbage, the feeling in the dressing room is the
players would prefer him and ozil gone, that way we
work with what we have unfortunately
wenger doesn't know how to get the best out of his
players frankly he needs motivational skills, we've won matches without sanchez so what's the problem people, we are arsenal for petes sake
When the window slams shut then what we have is what we got to
work with, I think some fans play a bit too much football manager to understand that
players have feelings and they need to be dealt
with on a personal level, how would the
players react if
Wenger openly says they are not good enough?
as for cowardly ozil who always get a flu before big matches, shameful, the only reason a
player should be left off defensive
work is the
player must be atleast 80 % efficient on the attack, such a
player must have the ability to dribble or take on defenders on his own, shot thunderly and scare the hell out of defenders
with his movements... such a
player is hazard, sorry we couldn't get him cos our dumb coach felt he was too expensive and arsenal didn't even pose tittle abilities like Chelsea, hazard didn't even consider arsenal... since van persie left sanchez had been the only
player to question
wenger's credentials and now
wenger must be regretting ever signing him now... the words of manuel neuer «
player arsenal was like an holiday»... shame on
wenger...
I think it's hard time

player wants to
work with Wenger.

with all our
players desperate to leave, but none of targets willing to come along and
work under
Wenger chasing the Europa League!
I was impressed
with his
work rate, but as
Wenger always does, if he does not like what he sees on the pitch, he outright freeze the
player out.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come
with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially
with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill
with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him
with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like
Wenger's)
There are questions to be asked Why was jenkinson loaned out if Bellerin is not ready Why was Coquen (sorry can't spell) sent out if he was good enough 12 games ago tom e named Why keep Campbell if he's not good enough wouldn't money from his sale be better spent on a CB Why when SAGNA / Viera / and other 30 plus
players were only offered 1 year contracts yet we are now scratching a midfield together
with flamini / Arteta Why when things are not
working e.g Moreal at CB do we persist
with it I can put all these decisions down to
wenger, and that's not bringing up the lack of signings
If i was
Wenger, I would have sold Walcot to liverpool for 30m and buy pedro from baca to compete
with the OX on the wing and fill in for sanchez when he needs to rest... IMO Pedro is a far better and sharper ball
player than Walcot and has a better
Work ethics.
does anyone think the reports of us getting psg's youngster rabiot are true and if yes is he what we need atm i guessing as he is a big lad he's probably diaby long term replacement i have seen a picture of him and he doesn't look like a very strong build but i am sure a year in the gym will sort that out he would add much needed height to our midfield and he doesn't seem to be a injury prone as diaby he has a good general skill set am sure
wenger can convince him
with plenty of game time any young french
player knows
wengers rep
with youngsters he should jump at the chance to
work with wenger NOW
with a bit of strength
work he could be a handy d / m also if
wenger could mould him to play there,
I will say this... And i'm not pretending to be psychic, but if patience had not been shown
with Coquelin and Ramsey imagine our midfield now... Hindsight is brilliant but the people who
work with these
players on a daily basis may actually know what they're doing and when
Wenger and Co. actually rate
players as highly as they do they may see a few things we don't...
lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and well all know the outcome.the manager has come back
with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks
with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against quality teams
with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will
work better, but if we have a big
player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run in.but on the overall, shame on
wenger for not giving our defence a good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.
I was equally annoyed at
Wenger but it was just straight disrespectful that a
player Wenger brought in at 21 kept even though injury prone, which no other top four club would have done, developed into a world class striker and then goes to our biggest rival citing the fact its an honour to
work with ferguson and we weren't showing ambition.
Wenger has still achieved far more than any other coach who has had to
work with the so - called average
players or fairly limited funds.
With just one week to get something over the line, I would suggest we may have run out of targets, I believe AW is now waiting for one of the big boys (Real, Barca or Bayern) to go splash the cash on a new star so Wenger can pick up their surplus, It worked well with Ozil and Sanchez, but we aren't the only side looking to buy more players, we are not the only side who need an injection of qual

I think that a lot of the reason for Arsenal sticking
with Wenger is his financial acumen and his all round
work for the club,
with the academy system and the loyalty he shows and engenders in the
players also very important.
Of course it does, but what worries me is the extent to which people believe we should be investing... It's not ideal but I'm quite content
with Wenger's strategy, finding that one
player — your Ozil or Sanchez — rather than what United or City are doing having a constant # 150 million «trial and error» transfer fund, whereby if it doesn't
work, who gives a crap they'll do it all over again next window.
If the
player wasn't
working out for us, it has usually been because he either was never world class to begin
with, or
Wenger couldn't find a way to utilize the
player in a way where he might show some world class.
You have mentioned stagnation of
players like ox, bellerin, Iwobi, wilshare all these are average
players they lack the skill and they are not technicality gifted these qualities you are born
with as talent no manager can give that!In military there are those who are called sharpshooters they are not trained to be so it is in them so your allegations against
Wenger is therefore null and void and should be dismissed. It unfortunate that
Wenger has
worked with so many average
players
I have
worked with him in both situations, as a striker and as a wide
player,» said
Wenger.
I certainly know that it is not through a lack of interest from top
players to join the Arsenal and I'm sure that when they sign — they do so mainly because of the chance to
work with Arsene
Wenger — just ask Ozil, Alexis and Cech (and Suarez seemed keen too).
I think it is vital to keep santi for as long as we can because on his day he is world class and I don't think I can say that for many
players in this team, if jack and aaron were willing to rotate
with ozil and cazorla it could
work but I think even at 30 cazorla wants to start every match and I don't see
wenger dropping wilshere or ramsey or rotating because he only really does that through injury
Such tricks should be expected, we are doing so well at the moment against the pundits and media expectations therefore they will try to unsettle our key
players, I mean look how they are making
Wenger all
worked out in each press conference
with all this Sanchez and Ozil talk.
l azio have had a # 4.7 million turned down, i bet if
wenger went in there and talked
with his silver tongue, he would jump at the chance to
work with the master of youth
players, and make a decent bid of maybe # 6 - 7million and we could be in business.
If
Wenger had never
worked with WC
players before, I could maybe understand it, but he used to manage the likes of Bergkamp, Henry, Adams, Cole, Lehmann, RVP, Cesc, Pires, etc..
