Use other vegetables in place of the ones suggested here — try corn kernels, diced carrots, bell peppers, green
beans, sliced mushrooms, yellow summer squash —
whatever is available and
whatever your family likes.
4 cups mixed veggies cut into bite sized pieces - red bell pepper, cucumber, steamed broccoli, steamed green

use whatever greens float your boat (spinach, dinosaur kale, chard, etc.).

If you know about it ahead of time, you can substitute gluten - free pasta in almost any shape, or
use dried
beans or beads or
whatever else you can think of instead.

Atkins is not necessarily a balanced diet (several of the Four Pillars are missing) and until you identify and add back what you are missing it may be easier for your metabolism to get a break from ketosis for one to two days per week
using fruits, sprouted grains,

used to, stick with it I always make green
bean casserole.
Thing is, before this happened, I was eating «healthy»:
using raw sugar, honey, agave nectar, molasses, almost no refined table sugar; drinking a smoothie of 4 - 5 fruits and veggies mixed with plain yogurt every day; very little red meat; lots of various
beans; watching caloric intake; whole grains, including wheat, spelt, rye, etc; soy -
beans, oil,
whatever; fish oil and other supplements; margarine instead of butter; etc..
