I'm a big proponent of green
juice as it doesn't contain any fiber to
get in the way of you absorbing micronutrients from the ingredients in your
juice, be that kale, cucumber, apple or
whatever else.

Wonderful hot, but even better chilled with chopped veggies, some ricotta salada or crumbled feta, a bit more lemon

whatever leftover protein you've
got in your fridge.
OK, here are some favorites we've been cooking up at my place: - vegetable curry (grind my own whole spices, use
whatever veggies we
get in our weekly CSA share; radishes / beets, eggplant, squash, greens, etc)- quick kale (sauteed with coconut oil, chili flakes, garlic, [lemon grass], soy sauce, lemon
juice)- pac choi w / sauteed mushrooms «chinese» style (with fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, jalepeno / chili, soy sauce, etc)- roasted radishes w / poached eggs - «teamwork pasta» — this is your recipe for pepper and cheese pasta, but it helps having two sets of hands to make it in our house... we put an egg on this too of course - tuna pasta (chopped onion, garlic, lemon zest, chili flakes, tuna, olives — easily adaptable to what you already have in the house and like)- roast chicken on friday - roasted sweet potatoes - omlets - challa french toast
Defrost a can of frozen orange
juice, add water, sugar and herbs and voila - you have a basic orange sauce that
gets caramelized when baked in the oven over
whatever protein you choose.
These are a basic bar: feel free to
get creative by adding some chopped apples, cinnamon, chocolate chips, lemon
juice, cacao powder, or
whatever else your heart desires!
To
get them really dry you need a longer cooking time These still have a bit of
juice left which I like squished into
whatever they are served with.
Go in with your costume, do your best imitation of
whatever you're dressed as and
get 1/2 off your smoothie or
juice.
So, put down that fruit
juice or
whatever else you're drinking and
get yourself a nice cool glass o» water.
The logistics of making the leap from group allies to actual friends is pretty simple: As you're leaving the group, approach the woman you want to
get to know and mention that you're going to
get an iced coffee / smoothie / wheatgrass
juice / gin and tonic /
whatever moms drink where you live.
Whole milk, cereal, pasta, rice, potatoes, fast food, ice cream,
juice, peanut butter sandwiches, meatball subs from Subway,
whatever gets you to your caloric intake goal for the day.
It includes ideas for making every meal of the day more paleo - gasmic, and it will surely
get your creative
juices flowing for
whatever 4th of July festivities are in the works.
Not everything is a home run and not everything is going to be a success... but I realize the more I push myself and the more I work out those creative
juices on a regular basis (even if it's NOT something to do with fashion, per se...)... the more I feel like I'm improving and
getting better at what I am doing...
whatever it is I am doing.
But it's not a bad thing to think about, because people being demanding and [saying], «I can't do this until I've had this certain type of fruit
juice in my trailer,» or
whatever — I've
got absolutely no time for that!
It's lies lifeless, as the film has already squeezed
whatever juice the fruit of ideas were once held at the time of the project's inception, until there's nothing of the fruit left but the hands that once held it, torn apart and bloodied by the constant gnashing together to
get that one last drop to provide the sustenance to bring the whole thing to a merciful end.
