These bran
muffins also differ
from most in that we are using unprocessed
wheat bran instead of a commercially made bran cereal.
The fact that these are made
from 100 % whole
wheat flour (plus almond meal) and still manage to be some of the softest, most tender
muffins I've ever made makes me super pumped... but there's more!

from their deep golden color, no one will guess these moist, tender, absolutely delicious
muffins are 100 % whole
wheat.
I am allergic to
wheat and recenty started using almond flour in recipes, I have made a few recipes
from Elena's Pantry using almond flour but her
muffins come out very moist.
Filled with chunks of sweet Golden Delicious apples and chopped pecans, these
muffins gain substance and nutty flavor
from whole -
wheat flour.
Other two - year targets are 420 mg
from 471 mg for
wheat and mixed grain bread, 360 mg
from 378 mg for English
muffins, and 300 mg
from 328 mg for

Strangely enough, these whole
