When the Rocksteady rep brought my attention back to playing the game instead of just admiring it, he directed me to check out Batman's cool new abilities as well as one of Arkham Knight's crowning joys.
But is that how publisher Eidos and IP owner Warner Bros reacted
when Rocksteady said they need to spend an extra few months with Batman: Arkham Asylum?

I have to admit, after watching the graphical prowess and precision control displayed by
Rocksteady's video demonstration, I was skeptical how actually taking charge of the Batman would feel
when I got my chance with the game.

Rocksteady Studios to check out the progress of Batman: Arkham VR.

Rocksteady said that fans could expect the conclusion to the Arkham Series this year.

when you thought you had found every single Riddler trophy and milked all the side missions in Arkham City dry, developers
Rocksteady are throwing some more DLC your way.
When Arkham Asylum was released I was thrilled and relieved to see that a studio like
Rocksteady had created a Batman game worthy of Batman's name.
All of these things combined mean that Deadpool is shaping up to be a pretty mediocre game at a time
when we should expect much better —

No one knew exactly what the developers,
Rocksteady Games, had planned or
when we would see this new content.
I seem to remember some article somewhere where the
Rocksteady guys said AA was originally envisioned as some kind of rhythm game which eventually grew into what we know and love today; but with that in mind,
when you think about it the combat system does have that rather distinct QTE - ish / spectacle thing going on.
What was disappointing about this particular delay, however, was that it felt like it was clear that Warner Bros and
Rocksteady knew
when they announced the original date that the game wasn't going to be ready for an October release.

Rocksteady, Bebop, Shredder, Slash, Wingnut and Krang, it's not hard to imagine epic fights against nostalgic asshats.
But the Batmobile has plenty of personality, and

Rocksteady's Batman universe, if not the city of Gotham (this thing must be a terror
when the city isn't evacuated!).

When you think of
Rocksteady, the video game developer not the TMNT character, your mind should go straight to the Batman: Arkahm Asylum trilogy.
Rocksteady Studios has only been stoking player's fire for answers as Game Manager Gaz Deaves has gone on record stating that fans will lose their minds with excitement
when the studio finally reveals what it has been working on.
You can probably understand our surprise
when Arkham Asylum turned out to be the best Batman game ever made and it went something like «HELL YEA I LOVE
ROCKSTEADY, BUT I STILL DO N'T KNOW WHAT URBAN CHAOS: ZERO TOLERANCE IS!».
When I asked about the possibility of working on a third game I was told that as
Rocksteady had just finished wrapping the second one, it would be a while before everyone was ready to sit down and discuss future plans.
