I've been saving up my Amazon gift cards from the past two years for the time a new kindle would be issued and I plan to get
the WiFi version with the «special offers» / ads, so it shouldn't be too expensive for me.

I realize that there is a cost advantage to producing the same chassis for all variants of the ThinkPad Tablet, but it seems like Lenovo could have made
the WiFi versions with a micro-SD slot in the place of the useless SIM card port.

I have been trying to buy a Voyage
with WiFi and cellular since Christmas and it is always out of stock, plus the covers are mostly gone
with a notice they won't be back so I am guessing some new
versions are on the horizon.
The mobile and broadband provider is offering the 32 GB
WiFi version of the Nexus 7
