While some mini-games work perfectly, some are near impossible like the team mini-game where you and a partner have to jump over holes by holding
the Wiimote at your side and literally jumping.
Mario Galaxy's use of the Wiimote was based entirely off pointing
the Wiimote at the screen to pick up Star Bits and flicking the Wiimote to make Mario do a spin jump / attack.
It's one thing to have me aim
a Wiimote at the screen to simulate a gun, but to aim nothing at the screen?

Wiimote and nunchuck, but I doubt that option will be widely supported going forward, argh!
ain't no way they're going to abandon that option for Wii U.

at tricking the user into thinking that the
Wiimote was more accurate than it was.

I wonder about control methods... I'm really not a fan of motion controls, and would rather not have to touch my

One of the problems with using the
Wiimote is that it always looked dumb when Nintendo used them during their presentations, such as in Nintendo Directs or
at E3.
I play Mariokart to steer with my
Wiimote - and - steering - wheel and curse
