After you take the zucchini noodles out, you sauté some
sliced chicken
sausage, add the vodka sauce to warm it up, toss
with the zucchini noodles and serve.
Simmer about twelve to fifteen minutes, remove the
sausage,
slice it, and return it to the sauce, along
with the smoked chicken, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes more.
Then, top it
with healthy toppings, like Canadian bacon, turkey

I won't bore you
with how to make risotto, but for 2 people, the first uses 2 links of sweet italian
sausage removed from its casing and cooked
with a little olive oil in a heavy skillet, broken up into small pieces and moved around until many of the pieces are crisp; then add
sliced and roughly - chopped fennel bulb, cooking until it is somewhat softened; then put a lid on the pan over very low heat while the risotto cooks; add it all together (
with butter and parmesan) for the last 5 minutes of the risotto process.
When
sausage is done and
sliced, place together
with onion / sweet pepper mixture.
Gluten free biscuits
with pumpkin are just the thing to serve
with chili, split and filled
with thinly
sliced turkey, or even topped
with sausage gravy for breakfast.
The

For anyone wondering, I made this
with sliced up vegetarian
sausages (browned first just as the recipe says), and it worked well!
I had a leftover fennel bulb, which I
sliced up and sauteed
with the chicken
sausage.
Slice one pound of cooked
sausage into discs and mix
with the bean and vegetable stew before adding the breadcrumbs.
Then you'll top the veggies
with the
sliced sausage.
My only other variation from the recipe was to add mild Italian
sausage (browned, braised, then
sliced) which was delicious
with the beans.
This was precisely the type of comforting food that was full of fiber and texture, shredded
with a julienne peeler, and then sauteed in olive oil and hints of garlic,
with chunks of Italian
sausage and
sliced button mushrooms intertwined in between.
1) Clean and
slice the fresh button mushrooms and mince the garlic 2) Shred the zucchini (I used this very practical julienne peeler) 3) Wash and separate the Italian
sausage links, then fry them
with very little oil in a pan.
Assemble your sandwiches
with your favorite mustard,
sliced sausages, peppers and onions.
I just made some crockpot beans and substituted dried tomatoes for the ketchup called for in the traditional dry mustard, brown sugar, molasses mix,
with some chicken and apple organic
sausage slices sauteed
with onion.
It's loaded
with 100 % plant - based, soy - and meat - free pepperoni
slices and
sausage crumbles.
I did use my homemade chicken stock instead of water and used some cooked, crumbled turkey spicy Italian
sausage cooked
with some
sliced onion.
I also serve it topped
with sliced sausage or rotisserie chicken.
I ended up making naan bread pizza for lunch — 1 ounce of

slices of turkey pepperoni, baby spinach and cheese
