With National Girls and
Women in Sports Day being today, it's a good time to stop to think about what sport participation means for females.
It's been over 40 years since Title IX gave girls equal sports representation in schools, so help celebrate this milestone by recognizing National Girls and
Women in Sports Day on February 5th.
So with National Girls and
Women in Sports Day approaching this month (February 5th), here are 11 things parents can do to help celebrate sports in their daughter's lives and make it as fun and enjoyable as possible.
