What's enjoyable about the site, in my
view, is that it doesn't just feature the traditional
working mom with a full - time nanny or daycare watching kids but also includes lots of examples of moms (including Keroes herself who runs her site and provides freelance legal service to The Gap)
experimenting with flex - time hours, writing books or striking out
on their own so that they can tip the
work - life balance scales in their favor.
