Back in the days of my
worst gluten sensitivity, I actually carried a couple of nettle leaf tea bags in my purse always and, if I had a
meal at a restaurant,
even when I went out of my way to ensure it was gluten free, I would still have a cup of nettle leaf tea right
after my
meal just in case (just ask for a cup of hot water or
even pay for «tea» that they would bring with a tea bag to open, a small cost to pay!).
To make matters
even worst my daughter also got gastritis at the age of 13 (she's 16 now), but her problem was
worst because
after one of her many treatments with acid reducers she began to throw up
after most of her
meals!!!
Feeling bloated
after a
meal is so uncomfortable, and if it's really
bad it can
even be quite painful.

worse for muscle gains compared to normal diets given that i am not working out in a fasted state, but
after a
meal in the
evening while doing if???
Regarding gastric emptying, I actually think that I may have naturally - slow gastric emptying — which is made
even slower by cinnamon, vinegar, and other things that are supposed to naturally moderate blood sugar spikes — and this makes the GERD / acid reflux that I have (due to a hiatal hernia which was due to an unavoidable accident)
worse, because some
meals that I am eating are staying in my stomach for so long that I will still burp up gas from them and get acidic splashes at the back of my mouth from them 6 - 8 hours
after I have stopped all eating for the day (whether I have stayed upright and awake all those hours or have gone to sleep
after the first 3 hours of not ingesting anything — 3 hours is the minimum time I put between eating and lying down, to ward off acid reflux when I'm sleeping).
the body does heal, and although it may take a year or so for my mensus to return,
even after brining myself to the very brink of diabetes and pancreitis due to
bad eating habits, this last month and a half of eating three square
meals a day, no matter what, at the same time each day,
even if i was only kinda hungry, and
even if i did nt feel worthy of the
meal because i hadnt busted my ass physically, i am able to eat a regular amount of food, put the seconds aside, be calm in between
meals and have my mind on other things besides food and exercise.
