Next I spelunked through the stack of new
Yen Press books out this week and decided on the third
volume of Black Butler.
The offerings of books from both
Yen Press and Viz Media was nice but it's hard to get excited about
volumes that have already been available in English in print from these companies for a long time, and are still easily available today.
These books are also paving the way for more Kingdom Hearts manga
volumes and an art book out from
Yen Press over the next few months.
Kodansha completes the former Del Rey Manga title Negima Neo and continues Air Gear, and
Yen Press releases their round of manga including new Spice and Wolf manga and the second
volume of the now infamous Sasameke.
July 1, 2016 — BookWalker's selection of digital manga and light novels is now even bigger than ever with the addition of over 600
volumes of manga and light novels in English from
Yen Press.
Yen Press released the third omnibus
volume of Blood Lad this past May, while Viz Media is streaming the new anime adaptation (though unfortunately to US viewers only).

volume 1 review here) with its gorgeous and painstakingly detailed art is perfect for anyone who loves a good story and has an eye for Kaoru Mori's incredible artistic skills.
Both
Yen Press and DMP lag in this category, with single
volumes going for $ 6.99 - $ 8.99 apiece — sometimes significantly more than print prices online — and $ 12.99 for larger
volumes.
While it's likely that one might get used to this particular idiosyncrasy over the course of a
volume, I personally found it very distracting, and it's not an issue I've been required to overcome for any of the other digital comics apps I've tried, including those from Viz and
Yen Press.
New
