Retreat includes 2 morning hatha yoga classes and 2 evening restorative yoga /
yoga nidra classes, 5 delicious local organic vegetarian meals, infrared sauna session.
Currently, Brenna teaches weekly and monthly Yoga, Meditation, and
Yoga Nidra classes in San Francisco, as well as Sri Yoga retreats and trainings.
Each Hatha &
Yoga Nidra class will begin with yoga postures that strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body and will end with easy and practical meditation techniques to help you learn to cope better with stress and improve your physical and mental well - being.
