sauce, of which there is plenty (I like a little chicken with my
sauce), is built
from tomato and
yogurt (no coconut milk this time) though I did accompany with a coconut infused brown basmati (just add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil to the rice while cooking, works like a charm), the boys love it too.
This Fruit Pizza has a delicious sugar - cookie - like crust that's made
from coconut flour, a pizza «
sauce» that's not the traditional cream cheese, but a delicious coconut milk
yogurt, and an abundance of fresh, ripe summer fruit.

I used the adobo
sauce from a can of chipotle peppers stirred into soy
yogurt.
Using low fat mayonnaise and fat free
yogurt along with blue cheese crumbles creates a tasty blue cheese
sauce with fewer calories
from fat.
I served the skewers with raita (
yogurt sauce) and some more of the
sauce made
from the kiwi chutney.
One medium zucchini produces several servings of fries, and the 3 - ingredient pesto
yogurt dipping
sauce takes them
from really good to awesome.
As much as I love
yogurt parfaits or a simple plate of eggs with hot
sauce, everybody needs a little break
from the usual sometimes.
