Far too many developers and publishers these days seem happy to sling out poorly performing
games, toss one or two patches into the mix and then
abandon the
project, leaving unhappy
gamers in their wake.
Since then, the studio has «floundered» as it tries to figure out what its next
project should be, with ideas like a fourth Mafia set in Las Vegas during the 70s, a spy
game set in Berlin in the 80s, and a music - fueled action
game ultimately being
abandoned.
Before taking part I had spent almost 4 years trying to make
games in my spare time and only had a couple of
abandoned projects to show for it.
Your little dose of perspective had nothing to do with what I was actually talking about like it never does and if you went out and read what the Sony people are saying on other places than this blog then you would clearly see that what I said about the Vita being
abandoned (no more first party
games — only indies, phone ports, and JRPG translations coming) and the

game won't be
abandoned: earlier this month saw the release of the 4.0 update adding more features and fixes requested by the community, while the
game continues to expand with future content over the coming months.
