Folks, you don't need to do so much
abdominal work because there is no such thing as «Spot - Reducing.»

A quick note: I have not listed any
abdominal exercises lying on your back as my favorites for
working transverses abdominus
because it is hard to not let your rectus abdominus take over in a crunch position.
Because the ball will move slightly while you're lying on it, your lower back,
abdominals, and glutes will have to
work much harder to keep your body stable.
The reason crunches
work so well is
because of how the
abdominals work.
No matter what type of
abdominal exercise you do, you should feel the contraction in your abs muscles
because that is when they
work.
The pelvic floor tends to get a lot of attention in Pilates and other core stabilization programs
because the pelvic floor
works with the deep
abdominals and the deep lower back muscles to maintain lower back stability.
Because alignment of those body parts has a dramatic effect on how the
abdominal muscles can do their
work.
It was however selected as a good exercise
because the low thigh muscles activity enables it to
work better on the
abdominal muscles.
Because if you've played sports that pressurized your core, or if you've ever had a hernia, or if you
work a desk job or a job where you lean forward a lot, or if you've ever had
abdominal surgery, or if you've been doing hundreds of situps and crunches with no results except your could swear your belly has grown larger, you should check yourself here today!

abdominal area, he gave her a couple of shots and said we can take her home for observation and if nothing changes we must come back, when we arrived at home she did not whant to eat anything and was very drowsy we tired to give het a small piece of steak but was not interested at all, she took a small walk and pooped, her poop was like dark black, grey and slobby, we also saw a square piece in the stool and did not think much of it as she also eats dog food pellets, the smell was very bad, she also vommited like a clear watery substance i think two times, we too her back to the vet this moring and the vet inserted a tempreture pen from behind, while it was her he felt and squeezed in the
abdominal area then pen ejected like she pooped (
because of the squeez) red blood was present.
