Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on your core and
abdominal muscles and it will
take time (and
work) to repair them.
Most classes mix in elements of glute and
abdominal work, cardio, and stretching that
take place away from the barre.
And this actually
takes abdominal work too.
A quick note: I have not listed any
abdominal exercises lying on your back as my favorites for
working transverses abdominus because it is hard to not let your rectus abdominus
take over in a crunch position.
If your serious and you really want a firm shredded midsection, then treat it like any other body part and give it a reasonable amount of sets & reps. Don't forget to
take into consideration the many other exercises, such as squats & lunges, which also hit the
abdominal muscles, and decrease you specific «Ab»
work accordingly.

took a small walk and pooped, her poop was like dark black, grey and slobby, we also saw a square piece in the stool and did not think much of it as she also eats dog food pellets, the smell was very bad, she also vommited like a clear watery substance i think two times, we too her back to the vet this moring and the vet inserted a tempreture pen from behind, while it was her he felt and squeezed in the
abdominal area then pen ejected like she pooped (because of the squeez) red blood was present.
Every selective shift, I observed at least one colic diagnostic
work - up — complete with history -
taking, physical exam, bloodwork, rectal palpation, ultrasound, and
abdominal tap.
