Starting out with the fact that particle means dust anyone who is interested in proving the truth to themselves can do some research as to exactly what the
BBT is all
about and then compare it to the word that God gave us on the matter.
Two or three days after you ovulate, your

about 0.4 to 1.0 degrees Fahrenheit due to hormonal changes and stay that high during your period.
A carefully kept
BBT chart provides valuable information
about your menstrual cycle, and can help you pinpoint your fertile window.
If your menstrual cycle is regular, and you chart your basal body temperature (
BBT) every month, then you may notice an implantation dip (or a drop in temperature) during your luteal phase (
about one week after ovulation).
They all work slightly differently, but most of them use a complex algorithm that takes information
about your cycle (i.e., basal body temperature [
BBT] readings, cycle length, and period start and stop days) and uses math to predict your fertility each day.
An inconsistent sleep cycle (because of shift work, for example, or jet lag, even drinking a significant amount of alcohol) can affect

about a month now, and while my hands and feet seem to generally be warmer, and my heart rate is up into the normal range (60 - 90, not 50 and below), my
BBTs have not gone up... and on average, they are actually worse, and more variable!
The
BBT shift occurs just
about a full day after you ovulate.
So in clear, as soon as my cervical fluid goes from egg white to cream / drier (around day 15 - 16, my cycle being
