We asked her to tell us a little bit
about plant based eating and her plans.
I do not know a lot
about plant based eating, but I am very curious about it.
I don't normally use the weight loss platform to teach
about Plant Based Eating but it is one of the incredible benefits to eating this way.
Not exact matches
This lemon ginger dip tastes amazing, and you can feel really good
about eating it because it's made with whole foods and it's full of
plant -
based protein.
But for the most part,
about 95 % of the time, I do like to have a whole foods,
plant -
based diet, not
eating processed vegan food.

Certainly, the book confirmed all that I wanted to know and learn
about eating for health (indeed nearly every single health issue you can imagine can be improved through a whole foods
plant -
based diet).
I felt my convictions
about plant -
based eating deepen even more.
Individuals who are
eating whole, unprocessed (preferably
plant -
based) foods with the occasional indulgence should not need to worry
about calorie counting.

The great thing
about eating a Whole Food
Plant Based Diet is that I get plenty of protein when I
eat my cooked beans (1 cup cooked beans = 15 grams protein) and my nuts and seeds (15 grams = 1 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup sunflower seeds), and my dark leafy greens (11 grams per 100 calories).
I like to soak it in
plant -
based milk for
about 10 minutes and add yogurt and fresh fruit when I'm ready to
eat.
What
about eating plant based foods?
While we do enjoy many
plant -
based meals, when I do
eat meat, I'm discerning
about where that meat comes from.

eating a
plant based diet is not only easy, but also delicious and nutritious!
The hardest part
about eating a
plant based diet is where to begin.
Both Ivannoe and I grew up
eating this dish and have been thinking
about how we might be able to make a

I don't
eat animal products but do consume whole
plant food powder in smoothies and I haven't given much thought
about them adding even more protein to my
plant based diet... so I will be discontinuing them (thanks to you mentioning it)!!

eating about 5 weeks ago.
