about five years, starting with going from «CW healthy» to WAP / TF, and moving to primal, then eventually paleo.

about a year and I test my BG every morning — it's always between 85 - 100.
What I'm talking
about are people getting themselves into a place where they think they're pre or type 2, but it's really physiologic, brought on by chronic
VLC for a long time.

I know that is not a good thing and I have read a bit
about the initial (at least I hope it is initial) reduction in Thyroid hormome (T3) do to

I am type 2 diabetic and wanted to know if when you say 150gr of carbs for 3 days prior to taking the test you mean a weight of 150 grams or talk
about macronutrients, because I ve been eating
vlc for a while now and usually every 100 grams of let's say pasta there is only around 70 grams of carbs, and 100 grams of pasta is A LOT of pasta (pasta is just an example, sorry english is not my first language -LRB-:) so I would need to double that amount and more for a few days..?
