This is the first I have ever heard
about a breakfast salad so you are an epic genius in my eyes I think it is a perfect idea and would definitely put some of that maple bacon on there.

about eating meals that make you feel your best — that might mean a bowl of almond milk porridge for
breakfast, a kale and sweet potato
salad for lunch and a burger with wine for dinner with friends, and that's totally ok.

Life has been crazy and hectic the last couple of weeks, and it's nice to just take a breath and talk
about some recipes that look pretty fantastic while I eat a big chicken
salad as a late
breakfast.

The chicken
salad is a wonderful filling for the pancakes and again nutritious + protein packed — talk
about satisfying the male needs here;) The wraps can be used for
breakfast or lunch as well — so a great idea is to make a double portion and keep in the fridge for the next days.
Lately I have really been enjoying
about 1 cup of this fruit
salad topped with vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt and lots of chia seeds for
breakfast!
A typical full day of eating for me looks like:
Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large
salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this
about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.
The
salad was refreshing and had me thinking
about how else to consume blueberries other than for
breakfast or dessert.

I think the easiest way to go
about this is to have a smoothie for
breakfast everyday, pack a
salad to take to work, or eat a
salad out at lunch as its usually easier to find decent
salads at restaurants than any other type of food, then soup for dinner.
Groups share
breakfast salad — there's something hilarious
about its «massaged kale» — or the poached eggs with buckwheat risotto, then end with a giant gingerbread shake.

after the very strict diet of only eggs, bacon,
salad, meat or fish and veg's also 4oz of grapefruit juice at each meal for 12 days on 2 days off and again for 12 days.After I lost the weight I started to introduce small amounts of crabs such as for my
breakfast ate berries apposed to fruit stayed away from sweets and breads.It became a life style.I fell of the wagon
about 2 yrs ago and gained 10 lbs eating everything I could get my mouth on LOL... so I started the 12 day diet again.
It's funny because I used to be all
about green smoothies - packing as many vegetables as I could into that blender and basically telling myself I was eating a
salad for
breakfast.
It's where the boring
salad gets a facelift and
breakfast ideas go beyond just eggs, eggs and more eggs (if you eat paleo, you know what I'm talking
about).
I've often talked
about the «best - of - intentions» diet which goes something like this:
breakfast of dry toast or bagel, cup of coffee; lunch of
salad with fat - free dressing; afternoon snack (because you are starving) of candy bar; dinner of dry baked fish and broccoli.
