If inorganic arsenic has a dose - response curve that reflects hormesis (at low - doses, no harms and perhaps small benefits), then the absence of evidence for elevated risk in Americans with drinking drinking water up to 190 μg / L (19 times the EPA limit) suggests an ample margin of safety in
just about any plant based diet.
Now I can continue
posting about my plant based diet and people won't have to wonder why I'm opting for eggs over hummus when I'm looking for a food to partner with cornbread (or another non-galactan FODMAPS containing food).
When I read the description and realized it was
about a plant based diet I was ready to take notes and tell you all about why it was a ridiculous documentary and how you should just not bother watching it.
What appeals to
me about a plant based diet is the pure fact that it isn't just a diet, I feel it is a lifestyle choice: more of a way of life, a life based on a philosophy and purposeful principle.
