Hi Ella, can I just ask
about the coconut milk you use in your porridge and some
of the other
recipes, is it all tinned or carton (the likes
of «Alpro»)?
Anyway, after a couple
of weeks
of feeling bad
about not having a single second over to blog new
recipes, we instead decided to give ourselves a summer break from it all.
You'll see that the tart I came up with has very little to do with the original idea, but it's those kinds
of things —
recipe titles, ingredient pairings, or even color combinations, that often give me a push to come up with new dishes that I'm excited
about.
It combines what I know
about food, health and healing into service
of recipes that do just that.
It has truly inspired me to think differently
