about adding some flavor to your shakes in a way that won't totally destroy your clean diet and overall nutrition?

Green plantains
add more starch and a little less hold than ripe plantains, but have a very neutral

How

I
added a few tablespoons of bourbon for

about a quarter of their liquid, which

flavor to the dish (though I agree that too much of the liquid can produce something a tad slimy).
When I first learned to cook with nooch, I was told to always

add about a tablespoon of lemon juice, but couldn't say if it really made a difference.
The raspberry sauce is my favorite thing
about these mini cheesecakes because it
