What
about anaerobic activity?
Not exact matches
I'm still unclear
about carb intake / carb loading for athletics that require a lot of
anaerobic activity (like soccer).
But what
about keto diets and
anaerobic activities like weight lifting?
but, given the fact that at the gym i do aerobic and
anaerobic activities (weight lifting) i thought that for me, the amount of carbs that you guys suggest (less than 20 grams per day) is too low... my training sessions last at least 2 hours and i think that is a big factor when it comes to glicogen depletion... i mean, probably, at the end of a long training session i have no carbs left at all, i guess... and after the session the carbs i eat are (for dinner) 17 grams of carbs contained in the milk (350 ml) shaked with the powder proteins... i also don't eat much fat... in fact my nutritional regime has 1300 - 1400 kcal per day... what do you think
about it?
