I have long said I would rather have a
baby sleep in the crib when we are home (where most of our time is spent) and have a hard time sleeping in my arms when out and
about than me need to hold the
baby for
naps at home and have a
baby sleep in my arms when we are out and
about.

about cluster feeding... when you are cluster feeding in the evening, do you put the
baby down for a
nap in between feedings or just feed the
baby keep

I understand the importance of putting your
baby down for a
nap as soon as the first sleep que is noted... but what
about the time they stir in their crib before going down for a
nap.
You may miss a
nap or you may miss precious time to learn from nurses

For K and 1st grade you can be done with «school» work (reading, writing, math) in

baby slept well, I assumed that I was great at being rigid
about nap and bedtime (I was!)
When you're out and
about with the
baby in the car seat, you want to make sure that the blazing sun (or any sun, really) doesn't cause your
baby any problems — whether it's being awoken from a
nap (the worst!)
So, if between
naps and nighttime sleep your
baby is sleeping
about 13 hours a day, that means that she is starting to spend quite a bit of time awake.

about 2 months old (at least 12 hours a night) and at some point just started taking 1 or 2 short 30 minute
