The best part
about the Kindle edition of
Battleship is that it is much more portable.
Even for those who think they won't be interested in Viking history, the gigantic restored
battleship that is the museum's centerpiece (95 percent of which is from the original) inspires awe
about life as a 17th - century Viking.
However, when
Battleship is taken out of the confines of movie - based games and judged according to the wider game market, it's a dull, bland FPS that is so completely generic that I actually forgot
about it while I was watching the credits roll.
I don't know why, but personally I've always been fond of having massive
battleships, and given the opportunity will usually try to use them where possible because there's just something inherently awesome
about bombarding an enemy base from the safety of the ocean.
You may have also noticed that I'm rambling quite a bit more than I usually do before getting into the nitty - gritty of the game, and that's because
Battleship really doesn't have that much to talk
about, so I felt the need to flesh this review out a little somehow.
Several things excite me
about our game, some of which include: The story behind it, the variety of tameable and mateable animals, the beautiful landscape we created, the action - packed boss fights, and he
Battleship Royale mode we implemented, to name a few.
When someone says «Civilization» to a bunch of gamers, chances are that you'll soon hear
about a guy named Sid Meier, and phalanxes versus
battleships, and the space race, and how the Mongols are so annoying.
