I had a client who argued with me
about painting her» island

color because she sees it in all of the magazines.
The last image in this series has me seriously thinking
about painting the legs of our kitchen stools green — love that
color and just what we need to break up all of the oak
cabinets until we can do a full refresh.
I like the industrial look of the metal one but I was thinking that I want so badly to live in a home with red
cabinets but if my fear of painting all the
cabinets came
about I think painting the island red would fix the desire for

I have been in constant debate with myself

If you have paid attention, black kitchens have been seen in many interior magazines lately, but we are not talking
about the old black kitchens, and we are certainly not talking
about just any dark
color for kitchen
cabinets, we're talking
about a moody dark grey, almost black, which creates a beautiful contrast when combined with white subway tile backsplash with a light grey grout, white countertop, brass accents and shiplap.
I want to change my
cabinet colors, and have researched a plethora of ways of going
about doing it.
The
cabinet color is listed as Anew Gray, but we have no other information
about what the paint
color could be if that is wrong!

about 2 yrs ago but now I think i need a change... at least for the lowers (we have a toddler now too and the white lowers never look clean anymore = /) Very pretty home!

cabinets look similar to this and I think I've almost mustered up the courage to paint them... Our countertops are also
about that same
color, so I'm glad to see that the white
cabinets still look OK with it.
love what you do, but still don't get it... i understand how to make the mix, but do you add this mixx into normal
colored paint??? this is what i understood in the story

My life is pretty crazy with kids, dogs etc like all of yours and I don't want to worry
about how messy the kitchen looks all the time, so the shelves are pretty much curated to just add pops of
color and visual interest to my kitchen, and my «real life» stuff is hidden behind closed
cabinet doors.
I also thought
about hiding any excess with white tape painted the same
color as the wall, but I didn't need to do that since my rope light runs down behind the Flow Wall
cabinets to a plug.
The only reason I'm not balling my eyes out right now
about the NOT KNOWING THE
COLOR OF THOSE
