These days I feel okay not knowing them and don't worry
about a day of more
carbs or fat because I rationally understand it'll all balance out in the big picture.

I have been
doing low
carb since May, and before that, I had
did the low
carb plan for a year and half and then fell off the band wagon for
about nine months.
I grew up in Dearborn, Michigan, which has a large Arabic population; take out the mustard seed and don't worry
about the spinach or the extra
carbs (rice, whatever), add a little garlic, and you have a very basic and VERY good typical Arabic - carryout soup staple.
There are no complicated food pyramids or
carb indexes in this diet because what it
does is get you thinking
about what you're eating and drinking.

does however talk
about some health issues that come from sticking to extreme low
carbing for a long period of time.
But I
do still stay
about about 50 grams per day now and get most of my
carbs through my green smoothies in the morning.
I
did a bunch of research and it made me feel a lot better
about my decision to add back some more
