right about coconut flour — and because coconut flour can vary from brand to brand — the most important part of making any recipe is to use a bit less first, and add accordingly until the correct texture is achieved!
A while ago, I posted something on
facebook about coconut flour and how it doesn't make amazing waffles... because they don't get really crispy (and if you're not careful they can turn out downright rubbery!).
That is what I
hate about coconut flour + vegan baking - It's ALL about the liquids - They don't have a strong coconut flavour, but I did need to add more non dairy milk to the vegan version.
