I wanted to pull together the best of all the information and research I'd
compiled about colic, just in case she had a fussy baby too.

However, when babies cry for extended periods of time, many new parents
worry about colic.
The frustrating
thing about colic is that while a lot of babies get it (which is oddly comforting), doctors still don't know what exactly causes it (not so comforting).
I think new parents are so caught up in the excitement of having a baby, are busy preparing for the birth and just how different life is going to be once their bundle of joy arrives that they don't stop to
think about colic.

When Oliver had colic and I was frantically trying to figure out how to help him, I remember finding the totally opposing
views about colic treatments really confusing at first.
