Not only is this cookbook filled with amazing recipes but you can tell it's made with love and that's what I love
about cookbooks like Valerie's.

If someone told me for 30 years that cookies exist but were never able to provide one and said they were made from ingredients that they also could not provide and only had a
cookbook that was thousands of years old that talked
about these cookies, I would question whither they actually existed, or if they were
like many things from other «
cookbooks» of that same time that had been shown to be most likely made up.
I have really enjoyed your series of posts and am glad that they will continue — it has been great to learn
about German baking and see how your experiments have gone (all look delicious to me)-- I
like your discussion of Dr Oetker — I can't think of a company in Australia that both is famous for
cookbooks and products but I know of the Betty Crocker stuff.
I
like it better than any of the recently published
cookbooks about French cooking — somehow it seems more authentic.
Moreover,
like Gena, I believe that the
cookbooks that line our kitchen libraries can give us amazing insights into the people and cultures that produced them, and those we cherish most say a lot
about us as individuals.

I'm constantly looking for good
cookbooks that have recipes that are quick
like this - so often though they're marketed towards students and include «joke» recipes
about frozen food in microwaves.

like, literally a YEAR ago, but I was looking through my comments for people who asked
about cookbook recommendations or
cookbook requests.
I assume that Douglas's tongue was firmly planted in his cheek when he wrote this assessment, but his comment hints at a wide range of opinion
about the subject, from those people who believe,
like cookbook author Manju Shivraj Singh, that «the tongue becomes a slave to the flavor of curry — it is an addiction,» to critics who view curry as an insipid yellow powder that is turned into a floury, yellow cream sauce.
I am always anxious of leafing through
cookbooks marked with words such as «diet», «detox», or the
like, but I have no reservations
about this
cookbook.
I have more
cookbooks that I'd
like to admit to but only a small handful that I feel I could cook just
about every recipe in it and feel
like it would be within my range of what I feel is healthy, delicious, and appealing to all.

cookbook is how well organized it is.
Before I begin I'd
like to say that I made several recipes in The KetoDiet
Cookbook (Fluffy Grain - free Sunflower Bread, Caesar Salad In A Cheese Bowl, Chicken Kiev) but the recipe my family raved
about was Martina's Fudgy Grasshopper Brownie recipe — MINUS the mint filling.
