about cooking your eggs excessively; a little runny yolk is good as it contains enzymes that are good for you.
As Juan and I learn new stuff
about cooking egg - free, I promise I'll share every step of the journey here.
Don't worry
about cooking the egg in butter, oil, salt, pepper or other additives, your dog doesn't need those things and they can be harmful to them as well.3

It will take
about 10 years of dedicated work until you'll be allowed to
cook tamagoyaki (

It also leaves you with one more open burner for
cooking those fried
eggs and bacon we talked
about.
It's so interesting because in the little bit of research I did on raw
eggs in
cooking, it only seems to be we Americans who are concerned
about them, most of the rest of the world eats raw
eggs in certain dishes without a second thought.
Whisk together 4
egg yolks and 2/3 C sugar until pale yellow and thick / Slowly add 1 C milk, stirring gently to avoid buildup of foam / Stir in salt and a strip of lemon peel / In a double boiler, with water boiling lightly, stir continuously with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until the cream thickens enough to coat the spoon,
about 8minutes / Foam disappears at moment of thickening / The stirring constantly is important — you don't want the
eggs to have a chance to scramble / The result is a thickened, creamy custard / Place the pan in ice water in order to stop
cooking immediately / Stir and allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a bowl and refrigerate it all, including the lemon peel, for several hours.

Add

In a pot of heavily salted water,

Right now I eat

about going vegan - ish in this post), but should I decide to nix them, I want to be comfortable with eggless

Okay, there are
about 5 best parts — but — my favorite is that the sweet potatoes
cook in only 10 minutes and the
eggs take just a few minutes longer on the stovetop and then under the broiler.

You would want to
cook the potatoes without the
egg for
about 10 minutes to help warm through the mixture after being in the fridge.
