because I have a HUGE appetite and lose site of portion control when left unchecked) I worked it out and each serving of the cake alone looks like
about 237
calories.
Simply put, consumers want to know ingredients, nutritional information and
calorie counts not
because the FDA recommends it, but
because they're truly concerned
about what they're putting into their bodies.
Another note
