I have always been optimistic
about the
creativity of the US economy and the speed of its adjustment processes historically — socially painful, let us not forget, but economically efficient — but recent reports
about what some are calling the «euroglut» will make a US recovery all the more difficult, perhaps even derailing it, not to mention having a potentially awful impact
on China's adjustment.
