I just started organic fair trade swiss water
decaf in the mornings with my breakfast after reading
about the bullet proof coffee movement (but decided to keep breakfast in as well) so it's great to have this recipe and it sounds yummy.
I've never been able to find

Decaffeinated beans have only
about 0.02 % caffeine, so that one cup of

I have a question
about green tea, I love it but my body doesn't like the caffeine so I choose
decaf not always but most times, does it still have the healthy properties as regular green tea?
