desserts that taste incredible while containing super foods.
Three years ago, I decided to figure out that amazing
dessert that the best restaurants across the country serve, the ones you order when ordering your dinner,
because they take
about 20 minutes to bake?
I forgot
about coconut for a while, maybe
because most coconut
desserts had dairy in them.
Because I would eat these beauties for breakfast,
dessert, or just
about any time in between.
I also love fall
because of the variety of squash that always end up being just sweet enough to trick me into forgetting
about dessert.
I'm sharing this before Christmas
because it is a lovely holiday
dessert, but it would carry nicely into a new year's party and is also healthy enough that you can make it year - round without any concern
about over-indulging.
And, let's talk

because miso is, in my opinion, the best thing to happen to

Like with all these healthy recipes, it really doesn't matter if you have them as
dessert, breakfast, lunch or as a snack,
because there is nothing to feel guilty
about.
And
because fruit comes bundled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, these are all
desserts you can feel good
about.
However, coming to Austin in October quickly makes you forget all
about fall and loads of pumpkin and apple
dessert because it's was super hot outside.
I don't know
about you but too many glasses of wine leads to hitting up multiple trips to the
dessert table

And not just
because they come with permission to eat
