i did a cheat day after losing 4 lbs and
dieting for almost 3 weeks — afterwards the scale said I gained 3 pounds
back — is this possible??! I only had
about 8 lbs to lose total and now I think the cheat day isn't worth it at all if all my progress will be thrown out the window!

about 1100 - 1400 calories a day, plus I walk 7miles there and
back to the gym every other day, I do (Insanity) HIIT cardio in between.
It can help to bring
back some of those maladaptations or to reverse those things we were talking
about with all the effects of
dieting and get your head above water so you can take a big deep breath before we dive
back in.
But the diet, which is all
about choosing foods raised, grown and sold with minimal processing, is less
about dieting, and more
about going
back to the basics, in an effort to stave off disease and promote a healthy weight.
Think
about it; when you're
dieting and finally reach your goal weight, do you immediately go
back to your old eating habits and start inhaling poutine and pizza?
