Ok, well real quick health history... got married and gained
about 25 pounds, thought the world was coming to an end, so I dove into the world of keto, (which was my first time EVER

dieting for almost 3 weeks — afterwards the scale said I gained 3 pounds back — is this possible??! I only had
about 8 lbs to lose total and now I think the cheat day isn't worth it at all if all my progress will be thrown out the window!

about 5 lbs to go, I've never taken a cheat day before and to be honest I've had enough of this

about 1100 - 1400 calories a day, plus I walk 7miles there and back to the gym every other day, I do (Insanity) HIIT cardio in between.
