different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry
about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad
thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent
on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried
on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
I have had this experience three times now,
on three
different occasions, in admittedly similar circumstances, but not similar enough to explain the coincidence: I am speaking from a podium to a fairly large audience
on the topics of — to put it broadly — evil, suffering, and God; I have been talking for several minutes
about Ivan Karamazov, and
about things I have written
on Dostoevsky, to what seems general approbation; then, for some reason or other, I happen to remark that, considered purely as an artist, Dostoevsky is immeasurably inferior to Tolstoy; at this, a single pained gasp of incredulity breaks out somewhat to the right of the podium, and I turn my head to see a woman with long brown hair, somewhere in her middle thirties, seated in the third or fourth row, shaking her head in wide - eyed astonishment at my loutish stupidity.

Failure shouldn't necessarily be blamed
on transfers. It's part of the reason but is not the only reasons.Other clubs which can't even buy like Arsenal have won very good trophies.Even at those times we were in debt we had a good team capable of winning the EPL or winng some of the smaller trophies. But we just went
on trophyless. Now we are almost debt free and we are promised glory but honestly we don't even have the hope of glory. The only
thing that can save us is renewal of the mind of the manager and board. That will bring a positive change. It's only insanity to keep doing the same
thing and expect
different results. We have a lot to prove out there to the world because the greatness of Arsenal has really gone down in the face of the world. They only see us as a team with good football that's all.The world doubts us and we have a point to prove. The values of a club is as important as winning trophies. If not Arsenal wouldn't have been this top club that people talk

players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a
different way
about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest
on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression
on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when
things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when
things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes
on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product
on the field... for them, they cared more
about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures
on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet
on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think
about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame
on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
Below is an excerpt from a story
on a speech he gave at a high school coaches clinic shortly after becoming LSU's line coach, which was mainly
about how
different he wanted
things to be after Ole Miss:
like I've said before, Wenger is simply stating that Sanchez is staying so that he can regain some leverage when it comes time to make a deal and to shift the focus back squarely
on Sanchez... this is 101 tactics in PR management... the very fact that he even mentioned RVP's name speaks to the utterance arrogance of a man that believes he answers to no one... before you harshly judge Sanchez think carefully
about what the ultimate intentions of both parties involved... Sanchez wants to win trophies and get paid generously for his efforts, whereas the club wants to pull the wool over our eyes once again so that we blame the player for wanting the very
things we told him we wanted when we brought him in... how many times do we have to go down this road before we realize the only common factor in each of these scenarios is the club itself... trust me, if we showed any ambition Sanchez's contract demands would be much
different... just like in other major sports players will take a «home town» discount if they see those in charge making a truly honest attempt to fight for the highest honours in their respective fields... that being said, if they see a team trying to make disparaging remarks
about them in the press and not following through
on their promises, they will likely try to make them pay a premium for their services or seek greener pastures... btw if anyone simply looks at the score versus Bayern today and thinks that even for a second that this was a deserved victory, just watch the game and judge for yourself... actually save yourself the anguish and just know that if it weren't for Cech and Martinez this could have been a repeat of our Champions League flopping or worse
