Ultimately, building a dedicated community from the ground up is hard work, but if you find the
right location, lead
by example, think
about cultural fit, create impactful events, and don't overcomplicate
things, you'll be well on your way to building a lasting professional community.
When I was
doing «Outliers» I was struck
by how often when successful people described their lives, they would talk
about the
things that went wrong or the
things that were hard, as opposed to the
things that were easy or went
right.

I believe that its important to see inner wisdom and the council of friends and wise and knowledgeable people... but God, if he / she exists created us —
right... oh yes w / brains... we should be honoring that
by using them... I can imagine if God exists every day he is saying to himself / herself «why
do people keep asking me for
things I have not control over, or really could care less
about (people are asking for a new shinny house to replace their perfectly fine house while millions are homeless around the world, hungry, sick, etc.)... why are they not using the gifts and skills they have».
And the Church in the 20th century hadn't always got its language and style
right: Casti Connubii in the 1930s says wise and true
things about marriage and family life, but didn't somehow quite manage to tackle the emerging questions being raised
by women as educational opportunities for them expanded and new responsibilities cametheir way in public, commercial, and professional life.
Billy Graham is one of the most spiritual men of our time... I

If Jesus is drawing all people to himself, if judgement is
about putting all
things right, if Gods goal is the reconciliation of all creation then whatever judgement and punishment happens to seek to achieve this end, how can we say love never fails, if in this ultimate instance, it
does,
by leaving anyone lost for all eternity?.
Jeremy Myers, i think you are wrong and David is
right, so many out there are preaching you can live any way you want and be
right that Grace covers any sin, they really believe that, that is not what the bible says, God was very concerned
about sin so much he sent Jesus his son to die on a cross for us, if we accept Jesus as our savor then we are to obey his commandments, not break them, we are to live a righteous and holy life as possible, the bible plainly list a whole list of
things if we live in will not to to heaven unless we repent, if we die while in these sins, we will not go to heaven, what is the difference, between someone who said a prayer and someone who
did not, and they are living the same way, none, i think, if we are truly saved it should be hard to
do these
things let alone live and
do them everyday, i would be afraid to tell people that it
does not matte grace covers their sins, i really think it is the slip ups that we are convicted of
by the Holy Spirit and we ask for forgivness, how can anyones heart be
right with God and they have sex all the time out of marriage, lie, break every commandment of God, i don't think this is meaning grace covers those sins, until they repent and ask for forgiveness, a lot of people will end up in hell because preachers teach Grace the wrong way,, and those preachers will answer to God for leading these people the wrong way, not saying you are one of them, but be careful, everything we teach or preach must line up with the word of God, God hates sin,
Think you are wisely
right to have your concerns but let me Guide you to ask which branches of Islam handles each mosque you know of and find out more
about their mentality and they call for since not all branches of Islam are of danger, but you mentioned some
thing which make me feel that there is a possibility that you got the most redial branch of all Islam branches... This branch is taking advantage of the presence of non harming Muslims to expand it's redical teachings
by offerings or force turning Islamic communities from normal to most redical of all...
do not favor to give the name of that branch but sure you will find it if you look for it...
Tim i found it liberating to just
do what the Lord wants you to
do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to
do what the Lord wants me to
do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he
does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the
right place so that the Lord can use us but he
did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is
right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have
done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i
do nt to worry
about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord
did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad
thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could
do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can
do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two
do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i
did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be
right and when i
do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to
do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you
do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and
do nt feel pressured
by others expectations to
do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead
by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
The preacher is
right everyone should be who they are... but then again the Bible
does state that it is an abomination to God... But get this... before God can judge you Jesus has to judge you... the BIble says NO MAN COME TO THE FATHER BUT
BY ME... we have no room to judge others or talk
about them because no sin is big or small they are all the same... the only big sin is not being saved and believing in God... if we are saved and if we believe we have nothing to worry
about... but again we have no room to say who is
right and who is wrong because it's not our place all that we can
do is pray and prayer can change
things...
Oh, pilgrims walking

The kid is

I've listened to my sisters grieve over how they never knew how to say no when they were approached

One of the great

Arsene Wenger has been handed a few selection problems ahead of this game, but he
did the
right thing by resting most of the regular first team stars in the Europa League win at BATE Borisov, so there should be no excuses
about tired legs today.
Hahaha at times I wonder
about this
thing in football called loyalty. So imagine a world where all players were loyal to their clubs till the end of time.If that were to happen many so called top clubs wouldnt have top players. He left for the
right reasons and I wish him all the best.If Arsene wants to go for him he should.Every player is a traitor as long as he wants to move but the club
does nt want to sell or every club is a traitor to a player who wanted to stay but the club wanted to ship him out
by force. This is life so deal with.I'd take him in a heartbeat because to me am sick and tired of being sick and tired of watching this awful and terrible striking force.Nonsense!!!!
If Sanchez had already made up his mind
about leaving (don't forget he spent 3 years each at both Udinese, and Barca before joining us), and I think he
did, then he should
do the
right thing by playing like a true professional until the end of the season.
we have owner who are content filling their pocket and care less
about winning titles so they keep a manager who is well past his sell
by date and who is more interested in proving a point and leaving a legacy of
doing things a certain way rather than
doing the
right things to win....
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant
about all
things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently
right now or we're going to get played
by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that
things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen
doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late
by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
there is no doubting that Arsene has helped to provide us with some incredible footballing moments in the formative years of his managerial career at Arsenal, but that certainly doesn't and shouldn't mean that he has earned the
right to decide when and how he should leave this club... there have been numerous managers at each of the biggest clubs in Europe throughout the last decade who have waged far more successful campaigns than ours yet somehow and someway each were given their walking papers because they failed to meet the standards laid out
by the hierarchy of their respective clubs... of course that doesn't mean that clubs should simply follow the lead of others, especially if clubs of note have become too reactionary when it comes to issues of termination, for whatever reasons, but there should be some logical discourse when it comes to the setting of parameters for a changing of the guard... in the case of Arsenal, this sort of discourse was largely stifled when the higher - ups devised their sinister plan on the eve of our move to the Emirates...
by giving Wenger a free pass due to supposed financial constraints he, unwittingly or not, set the bar too low... it reminds me of a landlord who says he will only rent to «professional people» to maintain a certain standard then
does a complete
about face when the market is lean and vacancies are up... for those who rented under the original mandate they of course feel cheated but there is little they can
do, except move on, especially if the landlord clearly cares more
about profitability than keeping their word... unfortunately for the lifelong fans of a football club it's not so easy to switch allegiances and frankly why should they, in most cases we have been around far longer than them... so how
does one deal with such an untenable situation...
do you simply shut - up and hope for the best,
do you place the best interests of those with only self - serving agendas above the collective and pray that karma eventually catches up with them,
do you run away with your tail between your legs and only return when

do you keep trying to find silver linings to justify your very existence,

As long as you support your club through the hard times and good times then you are a fan regardless of what you say it is
about the heart not the words but the heart. Also not only stats are facts but they might also be quiet misleading. For Afobe i will not comment anymore but i
do know for sure that he will reach my expectation and maybe you
do not see it that way and you might feel i am not speaking with facts or whatever but life itself has no formula and is not really bound
by facts because we make the facts.Afobe can become a world class player and i
do not care if any manager in the EPL
does not see it that way but i see it that way.For talent is given to the one who can harness it and once
things go
right then i expect him to be there. No one can take that away from him.
It's not just

There was some confusion
about the award of a penalty after seven minutes and Villa seemed to feel hard

right call and the only
thing the ref
did wrong was to not book Hutton for the foul on Walcott.
For example, BRT spoke
about how we need to teach men not to feel entitled to certain
things (like women's bodies) they don't have a
right to, as well as not conditioning «famous» people to believe they can get away with
things by idolizing them so much.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed
by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean
by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position -
by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of
things to come... some fans have lamented wildly
about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then
do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good
about the way their future potential employer feels
about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we
did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule
about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply
right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I
do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated
by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club...
does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has
done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great
things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
As reported
by Metro, the Frenchman was open and honest
about his need to trim the squad as well, admitting that it was too big
right now but also
doing his usual
thing of saying that it was full of quality so it would need players of a certain very high calibre to improve it.
I just laugh when i see Ozil and Cazorla playing together in the same team. When we win peeps are blinded
by the fact that it is wrong. When we lose then reality catches up with them and peeps are saying Ramsey is shit.Maybe only i can imagine how Mertesacker at
right back or Giroud at
right wing would seem like.A player is being played out of his position yet peeps are blindly attacking him but never point out the managers fault.Play Cazorla at no 10 and put Ramsey at his best position. If you wont
do this and you want to continue to tread the wrong path play Ozil at no 10 and Cazorla at box to box and bench Ramsey and lets see how this
thing survives and peeps are complaining
about tippy tappy football infront of goal.Men!!
Kroenke was the worst
thing that happened to a club that was already being run
by silver spooned ex merchant bankers and assorted lords and ladies who have NO interest in anything other than share prices rising and a profit margin that guarantee's a profit each year, Wenger is the ideal front man for this soulless bunch and while I honestly belive that he
does care
about the club, his ethos and methods suit the board
right down to a tee.
John why should we stand
by Robin, yes he is a Gr8 player and I
do trully believe he loves the club, but he is thinking
about what is
right forRVP and I
do nt blame him, we cant compete with squads assembled for 1/2 billion pounds each, until
things change in regards to money our best hope is to qualify for champions lge.
Our room — we opted for a top floor marina view room as I'd read the reviews
about the noise from the spa construction so I
did some forward planning and tried to negate this issue prior to our stay (it's
right to mention this issue now — lots of previous reviews gave me concerns
about this but I can honestly say that whilst you can hear the work during the day around the poolside it's not obtrusive and we found you could hardly notice it — we didn't hear a
thing by night but that may have been down to where our room was situated) I emailed the hotel beforehand and on arrival found everything I had requested in place.
I have been trying to make up my mind
about whether I am
doing the
right thing or not, as I nurse my son to sleep most nights and this is working, and furthermore he has been slightly awake a few times when I put him to bed (
by «accident») and as long as he wasn't overtired he seems to soothe himself to sleep — his makes me feel like he is developing his sleeping habits and learning to sleep although I am constantly worried
about whether I am nurturing a bad sleeping habit.
But we just actually just released an episode
by the time this episode comes out it would've been released, and it was all
about the benefits of manual pumps as well as hand expression, because I just think that those are two
things that can really help moms especially when you're in a bind, or you're stuck in traffic, or something crazy happens, that is out - of - control that you don't have an outlet
right there or, you know, your battery is off or something like that can really help so.

«The longer

did not).

But the crazy
thing about empty space, weighing something --[well,] there are many crazy
things — it produces a gravitational repulsion, rather than the attractions so the expansion of the universe is speeding up; but this stuff is so mysterious and inexplicable — completely inexplicable
right now — that many physicists have been driven wild and mad and have changed what we might mean
by fundamental physics
by suggesting, for example, that the fundamental concepts in nature are not really fundamental at all, they are accidental; they are an environmental accident; that the are many universes and we just happen to live in the one that has the values it
does because if you changed it a little bit then we wouldn't be living.
About six years after the hallucinations started, I learned through a colleague who conducted research in acceptance and commitment therapy that I may have been
doing the
right thing,
by accident, all along.
So when I heard
about what the Functional Forum was, I almost couldn't believe my ears, that the people were meeting, talking
about things openly... it was open to the public, that they were sharing stories, best practices, and really feeling like they were putting their foot down and wanting to
do right by their patients, and just wanting to offer a new way.
Those dermatologists are just a bunch of schmucks, even though they are board certified

Sathyananda — I follow your free lessons — My view on what the troubled lady is getting very upset
about is — Reiki is a beautiful energy that can
do no - one any harm, it is for the highest good of all — and when give or sent the higher self of the other person will accept only what is good and
right for them — As for displaying the Sacred Symbols — well we must live and let live and not judge what others
do - we must
do what our own conscience lets us
do — personly I
do believe to keep them quietly sacred and only seen
by us as Reiki Healers - but I
do not get so angry and judgemental as it seems the Lady
does — sorry just one more
thing — Reiki symbols seem to have different forms of interpretation when drawn — there again I believe and trust that it is intention when using them — thank you for your time
I don't know
about you guys, but I have tried many a spandex undergarment and

As I'm being gifted another year, thanks to the lord, (my birthday was
about a week ago,
by the way) it was only
right to give my blog a face - lift for the first time since I launched in 2014, among other
things... I've decided to cut back on anything that doesn't serve me anymore, but in this particular case, I wanted to take a slightly different approach to how I present my blog, how it represents me and how it's going to impact my growth.
