When you are performing ninety percent of the postures ninety percent correctly, you should still not feel complacent
about doing your Yoga.
When I started my yoga practice at WPY I began to change my perception of what yoga was, what a yoga class looked like and most importantly - how I felt when I thought
about me doing yoga.
There is something special
about doing yoga away from home.

I also go to coffee shops in my
yoga clothes, and people always ask me if I'm
about to
do some
yoga.
But the thing
about staycations is, they allow you to really live, and put responsibility aside when other things come up — things like invitations for patio drinks at 2pm / 4pm / 8 pm on a beautiful summer day, a sporadic trip to the park to sit and read a good book, sleeping in way later than necessary, random backyard / living room
yoga, or quick little road trips to visit friends that you just don't see often enough.

yoga helped me just stay balanced and also really aware of my body, and I think that helped with the birth experience, helping me be aware of my position and my posture, so I
did an unmedicated labor with my twins as well, so I could just really think
about if I am sitting up, opening my pelvis, and be aware of that.
You don't have to worry
about the fact that you shall only wear the
yoga pants for only a few months, I still wear mine till to date.
I don't think because she is posting them, but it's more
about because she is a
yoga instructor.

yoga class doesn't induce calming thoughts in me.
