In my humble opinion, you will be missing out on what is so great

about eating real food — not fast food or prepared food that comes in a box or package, eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, choosing lean proteins and healthy fats, and preparing them in a healthy manner (e.g., baking / roasting, steaming / boiling, stir - frying, braising).
After a few months of blogging I decided it was time to do something big, something bold, and something that would get as many other people as we can to not only read
about eating real foods, but to also make a commitment to this important change.

I know the more I read
about genetically modified
foods, the more I want to
eat REAL organic
food.
There are so many days that I hear people say ridiculous comments
about how long are you going to nurse him and maybe if he laid off the boob he would
eat more «
real»
food.
However, I am reminded of our conversations
about birthday cupcakes, sneaking carrots in smoothies, and a few others where you've insisted on creating a «kid - friendly» version of life that bears no resemblance to the
real thing for your kids with respect to mental and emotional challenges such as refusing a cupcake when everyone else is
eating them, or being confronted with the irrationality of one's own
food refusals by surprise.
