One misconception
about ectomorphs is that because they are naturally skinny, they can eat whatever they want.

I have a question
about body types (the

I can suck in my stomach

ectomorph, endomorph and mesamorph, which determines certain physical attributes
about you.
I'm not sure on your body type if you have long legs and are tall (i.e. the
ectomorph body type), I don't think you need to worry too much
about bulking up!
I read your posts
about body types and it comes out that I am an
ectomorph and a mesomorph and a year ago I have done squats and all the things you say to avoid but I don't really remember what happened with my legs but it came out I quit with them and I had really skinny legs after that but I didn't felt they were toned as much as their legs are.
I would never be described by anyone as «fat» but after reading a lot
about the different body types, I'm on the heavier end of
ectomorph.
