about ePUB 3.0 and receive some training on creating them.

about ePub — you can (unless you're using an iPad) buy your books from a range of stores.

about their EPUB support that differentiates the company from its competitors.

I'm fairly optimistic that ePub will win — at the very least, I want it to win — but the road to that future is far from clear - cut: Amazon has yet to announce any plans
about ePub compatibility.
Clients frequently ask if I provide conversion to ebook formats, and I invariably refer them to one or another company where the people already know all
about EPUB and MOBI (the variant HTML used by Kindle) and the idiosyncracies of the other ereaders.

me about the ePub format, which the Nook does natively support.
If you have some knowledge
about ePUB, then use this format for uploading on KDP.
If more detailed information
about an EPUB Publication is needed, metadata records can be associated using the link element (e.g., that conform to an international standard such as [ONIX] or are created for custom purposes).

Each Rendition's Package Document includes a dedicated metadata section [Packages 3.1] for general information
about the EPUB Publication, allowing titles, authors, identifiers and other information
about the EPUB Publication to be easily accessed.
There will be much written
about EPUB 3 in the months ahead.
As long as they can get the books they want to read they don't care
about ePub or scanned books from 1887 that weren't read even when they were in print.
I know I don't have a perfect one to offer up, as a lot of what is most impressive
about EPUB is still not implemented at this point.
