Our family has really gotten into
using essential oils this pasty year (like herbs but 1 drop of EOs is way more potent) and they have done wonders for us, so I know what you mean
about combining good nutrition with plant support.
For
essential oils, a good rule of thumb I
use is
about 10 drops of EO for each tablespoon of carrier oil or aloe.

essential oils and some of the conventional extraction methods
use toxic solvents.

If you're a nursing mother — or anyone else, really — there are number of questions you should raise
about essential oils before you
use them.
There has been a lot of debate
about the age that you can start
using essential oils on children and babies — there have been some suggestions that you can start
using it on babies from 4 months old, personally I went on the safe side and only started
using essential oils on my kids from two years old.
I also didn't
use any
essential oils in this recipe as I have concerns
about ingesting them even as an adult and never
use them on babies.
Retha echoes a lot of the concerns I have had
about the real dangers of
using essential oils improperly.

use a cup of this in my bath
about 3 or 4 times a week with

use citrus

using this in the sun as they increase sun sensitivity.

uses pure
essential oils, ask where she (or he) was trained, and inquire
about how much experience she has.
Therapists are creative
about how they
use essential oils during your massage.
Veterinarians around the country are sounding an alarm
about using essential oils around pets.
I am highly allergic to tea tree oil, lemon oil and lavender so I'm cautious
about using essential oils.
