As many of you are no doubt aware, Sunday is National
Feral Cat Day, a holiday created 10 years ago by Alley Cat Allies «to raise awareness about feral cats, promote Trap - Neuter - Return, and recognize the millions of compassionate Americans who care for them.&r

We educate people
about issues surrounding
feral and free - roaming
cats in their environments, tell people where to take
cats to be spayed or neutered, how to take
care of the
cats during post-surgery recovery, and how to take
care of the
cats long - term after they've been spayed / neutered.
A tactic that would not make sense would be teaching a 3rd grade class
about feral cats and their
care, since this tactic will not help you change the mind of your Mayor.

about our work and humane

feral cats and senior animals through ongoing support and fee waived or reduced adoptions.
