It's fine to listen to your body
and eat when hungry, but make sure to eliminate all unhealthy
food cravings — managing them is not enough if you're truly serious
about your
fitness goals!
Because I have worked so very hard to get to where I am today

and / or lentil pasta, Ancient Harvest is really good) you don't end up binging on junk
food.
