I honestly can't believe I've never done a blog post
about food prep.
You guys know I'm all
about food prep but I've been spending every free moment I have this summer enjoying the weather with friends and wine!
In fact he's so particular
about food prep that when I do throw my chef's hat in the ring his directing generally leads to a takeover (or a different fight altogether).

I generally choose a day (when I'm running low on fresh
foods) and decide what I want to cook and eat for the week (using the above guidelines)-- make a list based on the recipes or plan I come up with, and then grocery shop, meal
