new book Better Than Before, a book
about forming habits.
This
new period of interruption is
about breaking into the
new social and entertainment
habits that people are now following -
habits that are locking out traditional
forms of media engagement, as well as traditional
forms of advertising and marketing.
The stumbling block most of us face in
forming new habits is when the
habit is too difficult, it makes us feel bad
about ourselves and this undermines our motivation to do it.
The best thing
about this challenge is not the prize, it's the reward of
forming a
new, healthy
habit.
